Hello, beautiful humans! After a long break, I’m back! Did you miss me? ;) In today’s episode, I’m bringing you the topic I promised before my unannounced hiatus: stress management. When you think about anxiety, it is simply a sign of chronic stress and the physiological effects thereof. In this episode, I’ll get into what happens in your body when you experience chronic stress, and I’ll give you some ideas for small changes you can make to your lifestyle in order to help you reduce stress and experience less anxiety in the long run.
